So sat the bear by the large old elm, dreaming and almost self-aware.
The bear, fur almost chocolate brown and eclipsed by the towering trees all around, could almost be mistaken for a trunk, deep in the foliage.
No matter how well he could hide amid the trees, this brown bear would know that he was an animal which exhibited unique behaviours influenced by his unconscious self. Yet, for the matter, he was not distinctly or recognisably animal.
No, he would growl, he would groan, as a bear would. He would shit like a bear would, and he would think as a bear would.

There’s a story that folks in this neighborhood tell,
Of a coven that opened a portal to Hell,
They dwelt in Camp Claiborne, far back in the woods,
And hid all their faces beneath masks and hoods.
Camp Claiborne is evil, its soil now attainted,
Its buildings of concrete with blood once were painted,

You've tried to put on a smile for so long,
but I can see the strains that wear you away.
Sometimes, you feel as though you hardly belong,
and your soul simply trudges through the day.
